Why this personal vendetta against spidigo?

Spidigo broadband services sucks big time and I am going to give a deep review about it.

I use spidigo broadband service from almost 2 years now. I had 512 Kbps plan and I paid 6400 rupees yearly.

You might be wondering why I was using them for 2 years. During the first year, I used it ocassionally to download few movies from torrents and similar websites. I had a download speed of about 30-35 Kbps average and a rare 60 Kbps download speed for about 15-20 mins a day. I read somewhere online that torrents speed depend on the seeders so I blamed them instead of my ISP(internet service provider).

So I was never affected by the slow speed. I could live without watching movies for a day or two. So I never complained. 

This went for a year and half after I finally noticed a lag in my speed when I skyped for the first time and the other party was not able to see my video. The other party was keen to buy my product but I had to give him some proofs via skype. I was unable to provide them and due to the kind of business; I had to only use skype since I had a software that worked only with skype. 

The business I do is a daily basis. I failed to provide the proof, so the potential buyers went to my competitors. I lost money just because my internet was shit. I still remember the amount- it was about 30 USD (approx 1800 rupees).
That was my first loss.

After that I filed a complain and the matter was solved quickly. Their response time was good so I was impressed. Its their best gimmick. They will try to cover their shitty service by providing good support. But never solve the problem completely.

After that, I lodged a complaint with them for almost 2 months. I used to call every other day and they made some shit reason to bullshit their way and protect their fu**ing service. It was after 2 months I lost my patience and asked them to connect me to a higher authority. I told him my problem(literally pleaded him as if he was giving it to me for free!) and he immediately solved it by interfering personally. But I never had the speed I paid for. But my work was not affected and so I wasn't bothered.

My subscription was finally over and I didn't renewed it because I had to leave town soon because of my job.

It ain't over yet, the main reason I made this blog is because of the incident I am explaining now:

The business tour got delayed and so I subscribed them for 1 month. 
If you look into their website, they say they charge 450 rupees for 1 month. But that asterisk(*) mark is known to hide the most important part which companies like spidigo uses like they own it. 
I actually payed 750 rupees plus 1000 rupees deposit!!!

I was okay with it, since that month I had many online skype meetings with my clients. But thanks to spidigo, I lost almost 500$ online in 3 weeks. More on that later.

When I was renewing it, an agent came over to take the money. He told me the service would start in 1 hour. Bullshit!!
It was started 2 days after I payed. I actually had to call him 5-6 times. Please note that he picked my phone only once in those 5-6 attempts.
I took it on a light note since I had many important work to do than to argue with a stupid salesperson.

On the very first day of subscription, when I started my first skype meeting with a client, I suddenly went offline. I thought it might be a small glitch and so I tried again. But I went offline everytime I tried to video call.

I checked my speed on speedtest.net and guess what? my upload speed was a whooping 0.01Kbps!!
I could literally seed every torrent file on the internet (sarcasm).

I filed a complaint, it got solved (But not permanently). It didn't matter because I already lost my client. I was going to make 100$ from him. But could not close the deal because of spidigo shitty service.

This continued for another week and I lost 2 more clients (100$ each). I filled complain everyday but they just made a few temporary changes and things came back to what it were: A PIECE OF SHIT.

I asked the representative to connect me to his higher authority but he did not. He made fake stories that my boss is not in the office. I literally had to threaten him to talk to his boss. The kid got so scared that he put me on hold and the next thing I remember is that I was talking to his boss. Vola!!

I literally pleaded him and threatened him sensibly. Explained him everything and he did solve the problem. Again, not permanently.

the internet speed was good for a day and then it was back to 0.01Kbps upload speed.

Today I am writing this post because I have many clients online on skype but I cannot close the deal because the moment I start video calling, I get offline. I have to pass the clients to other guys who will give me 20% commission on a 100$ deal, only if they close it.

Ironically, I am writing this post using spidigo broadband service. This internet is so slow, that I cannot even publish this post properly. I have to do it 3-4 times to publish/edit it.

What service should you opt for instead of spidigo?

-bsnl
-airtel
- reliance

My close friend had gtpl internet and he just pays 320 Rs/month(payed for 2 years)  for 512 Kbps speed. I have used it and if its available in your locale, go for it.
